RECIPE:
Ingredients:
- ¾ Cup Roasted Peanuts
- 1 Piece Papad
- ½ Onion Chopped
- ¼ Cup Fresh Cilantro
- 1 Serrano Pepper
- 1 Key Lime
- ¼ tsp Black Salt
- ¼ tsp MDH Chaat Masala
- ½ tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- Salt To Taste
Method
Start by putting ¾ cup of roasted peanuts in a mixing bowl. The peanuts can be bought roasted or roasted at home. Finely chop onions and cilantro and add them to the bowl of peanuts. Finely dice the Serrano pepper and add them to the bowl of peanuts.
Next, we will add all of the spices. Squeeze the key lime over the bowl of peanuts. Add the black salt, Chaat Masala, roasted cumin powder, and salt to the bowl.
After adding all the ingredients and spices, mix them well until the peanuts are well-coated with the spices.
Finally, fry some papad and feel free to use it as a Tostada bowl or have it as an accompaniment to the Peanut Masala.
