Mango Onion Salad. (Vansh A. Gupta/Siliconeer)

Ingredients:

  • 1 fresh half ripe mango diced
  • 1 red onion diced
  • 1 yellow onion diced
  • ½ English cucumber diced
  • 10 grape tomatoes sliced
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 green chili de-seeded and diced
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • salt to taste
  • 1-2 pinch (or to taste) cayenne pepper

Method:

Place the mint, oil, vinegar, honey, salt, cayenne pepper in a blender and blend till well mixed.

Put all remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour the blended mix over them and mix very well.

It’s that simple!

Serve cold. This salad is a great accompaniment to meals or with papad.
