- 1 fresh half ripe mango diced
- 1 red onion diced
- 1 yellow onion diced
- ½ English cucumber diced
- 10 grape tomatoes sliced
- 10 mint leaves
- 1 green chili de-seeded and diced
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 tbsp. honey
- salt to taste
- 1-2 pinch (or to taste) cayenne pepper
Place the mint, oil, vinegar, honey, salt, cayenne pepper in a blender and blend till well mixed.
Put all remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour the blended mix over them and mix very well.
It’s that simple!
Serve cold. This salad is a great accompaniment to meals or with papad.
