Fruit Papdi Chaat. (Janam A. Gupta/Siliconeer)

Ingredients:

  • 24 pcs crisp papdi 
  • 1½ cup yogurt, whisked
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup diced strawberry
  • ¼ cup red chilli-garlic chutney
  • ¼ cup green chutney
  • ¼ cup sweet tamarind chutney
  • 1 tsp. roasted cumin powder
  • ½ tsp. chaat masala
  • ½ tsp. red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp. fresh coriander leaves
  • sev as required
  • 2 tbsp. pomegranate peeled
  • ½ cup raspberry
  • ½ cup blueberry
  • ½ cup blackberry
  • ¼ cup peeled and sliced kiwi fruit

Method:

Add salt and sugar to yogurt and whisk till smooth. Keep it in the refrigerator till use. Arrange the papdi on a plate.

Place some pineapple and strawberries on each papdi. Drizzle a little red chilli-garlic chutney, green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney.

Sprinkle cumin powder, chaat masala, a little red chilli powder and salt. Top it all up with chilled yogurt.

Drizzle some more of the sweet tamarind chutney, red chilli-garlic chutney, coriander leaves, sev, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi and pomegranate pearls.

Serve immediately.
