Fruit Papdi Chaat: Crispy Spring Snack

Ingredients:
- 24 pcs crisp papdi
- 1½ cup yogurt, whisked
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 cup diced strawberry
- ¼ cup red chilli-garlic chutney
- ¼ cup green chutney
- ¼ cup sweet tamarind chutney
- 1 tsp. roasted cumin powder
- ½ tsp. chaat masala
- ½ tsp. red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp. fresh coriander leaves
- sev as required
- 2 tbsp. pomegranate peeled
- ½ cup raspberry
- ½ cup blueberry
- ½ cup blackberry
- ¼ cup peeled and sliced kiwi fruit
Method:
Add salt and sugar to yogurt and whisk till smooth. Keep it in the refrigerator till use. Arrange the papdi on a plate.
Place some pineapple and strawberries on each papdi. Drizzle a little red chilli-garlic chutney, green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney.
Sprinkle cumin powder, chaat masala, a little red chilli powder and salt. Top it all up with chilled yogurt.
Drizzle some more of the sweet tamarind chutney, red chilli-garlic chutney, coriander leaves, sev, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi and pomegranate pearls.
Serve immediately.
