Janamashtami, a festival to celebrate the birth of Lord Krishna, was celebrated with a traditional ‘Dahi Handi’ in Mumbai, and a fair and festivities here at the Sri Krishna Balaram Mandir in Sunnyvale, Calif., along with all other temples in the San Francisco Bay Area.
