The Indian flavor to the American breakfast favorite.

What you will need:
1/2 cup black chana
1/2 cup green moong dal (mung beans)
1/2 cup urad dal (black gram)
1 cup rice
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup cashews
Inch piece of ginger
Green Chilli (to taste)
Saunf (fennel seeds)
Curry leaves
1 cup jowar flour (sorghum flour)
Salt to taste
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp black pepper
5 cups water

Take the rice, moong dal, black chana, urad dal, almonds, and cashews. Mix in all these ingredients and let it soak in the water overnight. The next day, add the ginger, chili, curry leaves, and fennel seeds to the water and mix them in. Pour this into a blender and until it is like a thin paste. Transfer this to a big bowl, add the sorghum flour and all the spices, and mix well. Heat the pan with some oil. Take 2 tbsp of the mixture and spread it on the pan in a round shape. Cover the pan with a lid on medium flame. Cook until the bottom is brown. Then carefully flip it and cook until brown. The chilla is ready to eat. Serve it hot with the choice of green chutney.
