West Indies’ Joseph replaces Milne at IPL’s Mumbai

New Delhi (AFP) – Mumbai Indians on Thursday brought in young West Indies fast bowler Alzarri Joseph to replace injured New Zealander Adam Milne for the rest of the Indian Premier League.
Seam bowler Joseph, 22, made his Test debut in 2016 and took 10 wickets in West Indies recent home 2-1 series triumph against England.
Milne has been suffering from a heel injury and sat out his side’s opening encounter, which they lost to Delhi Capitals.
Three-time champions Mumbai Indians will face Royal Challengers Bangalore on Thursday for their second game in the world’s most popular T20 tournament that is into its 12th season.
