Punjabi actress Sonam Bajwa figuratively cuts the ribbon to a new fashion store in Fremont, California. Once a small suburb with South Asian families living in quiet neighborhoods, Fremont is now home to one of the largest electric vehicle manufacturer – Tesla. It also houses one of the largest South Asian communities in Bay Area. It is no surprise that we now see an exponential increase in businesses catered to the South Asian market.
