The residents of Bay Area had the opportunity to meet former President Bill Clinton, when he visited the home of tech executive Ajay Jain Bhutoria, for a private fundraiser and lunch reception, in Fremont, Calif., May 24.
Ajay Jain Bhutoria, is a key member of the Hillary Clinton Presidential Campaign and is on AAPI National Leadership Circle and a Hillblazer on National Finance Committee, hosted the former president before the California Primary to raise funds and awareness amongst the local voters to vote for Hillary on June 7.
Clinton shook hands and posed for pictures with the euphoric supporters who cheered him all along his speech.
President Clinton was hailed by the host, Ajay Bhutoria, as a world leader, an outstanding speaker, philanthropist, star campaigner and the most popular President in the recent history of the United States, someone who led “our country to great economic prosperity and peace all around.”
Ajay also touched upon his personal story of coming to the United States as an immigrant. The opportunities the country presents, enabling an immigrant to become part of the democratic process and turn his dream of hosting a former President into reality.
Democrat supporters at the Fremont fundraiser said they were energized by the experience and look forward to casting their ballot for Hillary Clinton.
