P.K. Agarwal is Regional Dean and CEO of Northeastern University-Silicon Valley and the former CTO for the State of California under Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger. He also served as the former CEO of TiE Global, a Silicon Valley-based nonprofit that fosters entrepreneurship.
