Gupta | Siliconeer)<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>This healthy fish preparation is a favorite of all seafood lovers. <b>Chef Sanjay Patel <\/b>shows how to make it at home.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><b>Ingredients:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1lb. Salmon<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp thick yogurt<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc tsp tumeric powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp cumin &#8211; coriander powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>salt to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>For the green paste:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd inch ginger piece<\/li>\n<li>3 garlic cloves<\/li>\n<li>3-4 green chilies<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup chopped cilantro<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd onion sliced<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp mint powder or fresh mint leaves<\/li>\n<li>4 cloves<\/li>\n<li>1 inch cinnamon stick<\/li>\n<li>3-4 whole black pepper corns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Note: <\/b>Remember to dry the salmon pieces before marinating.<\/p>\n<p><b>Method:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Add all the ingredients of green <i>masala<\/i> into a blender and make a smooth paste.<\/p>\n<p>Clean the salmon and cut them into 2&#8243;x2&#8243; pieces.\u00a0Dry them\u00a0using a paper towel. Add turmeric powder, cumin &#8211; coriander powder and salt to the cut pieces of salmon. Mix well. Add yogurt, lemon juice and green paste. Mix well so that the <i>masala<\/i> coats the salmon pieces well. Marinate\u00a0fish pieces by refrigerating for about 4 hours.<\/p>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and arrange the salmon pieces. Brush the salmon pieces with oil.
