MentorConnect at TiEcon 2019 takes place over lunch on the two days of the conference. As a TiEcon attendee, you have the opportunity to participate in MentorConnect, where you will seek a Mentor and be able to converse with them and seek advice from them in a small setting. You can select the Mentor of your choice based on your needs and requirements. Some of you will need a Mentor who can help with your team building; others need assistance with company growth; and others with ideation, etc. You will be able to search across all the Mentors \u00a0and determine the one that best fits your needs. These mentors are highly successful entrepreneurs \/ investors \/ corporate professionals. You will also be able to see the profiles of all the mentors on tiecon.org.
\nYou will be able to seek a mentor and enroll using the TiEcon 2019 mobile app \u2013 which can be downloaded from the iTunes store or the Google Play store. (At the time of writing this, the Android App is available and the iOS app is in the \u201creview process\u201d).
\nThis post will walk you through the steps of seeking a Mentor and enrolling for MentorConnect.
\nFirst, download the app from the AppStore. When you search for \u201cTiEcon 2019\u201d (as an alternative, you can search for \u201cKelton Tech\u201d), you will find the app show below.<\/p>\n
When you open the app, you will see the \u201cMENTOR CONNECT\u201d tab as seen below<\/p>\n
Note that the MentorConnect tab is not open for all folks that download the app. You need to be a registered TiEcon attendee. Please be sure to login to the app with the same email that you used to register for TiEcon.
\nWithin the MentorConnect tab, you will see the list of Mentors that are available for that particular day:<\/p>\n
You can select a Mentor for each day of the conference. To pick another day, tap on the date and you will have the option to select another day:<\/p>\n
When you tap on a Mentor, you will have the ability to Enroll in order to select that Mentor for that particular day:<\/p>\n
