FREMONT, Calif.<\/strong> \u2014 Officers from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will present a free two-hour naturalization workshop on March 23 at Fremont Main Library. Participiants will learn about the naturalization process, English and civics tests and the rights and responsibilities of U.S. citizenship.<\/p>\n

The public is invited. Officers will perform a demonstration citizenship interview and will hand out free materials. These sessions are part of a larger USCIS initiative to help immigrants better understand their own eligibility and next steps to citizenship.<\/p>\n
