Gupta\/Siliconeer)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>As the festive season approaches, <strong>Chef Sanjay Patel <\/strong>shows you how to make a delicious sweet treat for your family and friends.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 cups paneer<\/li>\n<li>2 cups sugar<\/li>\n<li>3 cups milk powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. powdered green cardamom<\/li>\n<li>3 cup fresh cream<\/li>\n<li>Ghee or cooking oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For Garnishing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tbsp. almonds<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsp. pistachios<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Take a deep bottomed pan, keep it on medium flame and add grated paneer, sugar, fresh cream, milk powder.<\/p>\n<p>Mix well and cook for 20 minutes. Keep stirring to avoid the burning of mixture. Once done, remove from flame and add cardamom powder.<\/p>\n<p>Take a big <em>thali<\/em>and grease it with <em>ghee<\/em>or oil. Pour in the mixture in the <em>thali<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Spread the almond and pistachios slivers on the mixture and make sure they stick to the mixture properly.<\/p>\n<p>Refrigerate the mixture till set.
