Here\u2019s how you can make it at home.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><b>Ingredients:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Chicken:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1 chicken breast<\/p>\n<p>salt to taste<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsp. oregano<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. red chili flakes<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp. corn flour\/corn starch<\/p>\n<p>3 tbsp. water<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cup panko breadcrumbs<\/p>\n<p>3 tbsp. cooking oil<\/p>\n<p><b>Onion Cream Sauce:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp. butter<\/p>\n<p>1 clove garlic, finely chopped<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd medium sized onion finely chopped<\/p>\n<p>salt to taste<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp. all-purpose flour <i>(maida)<\/i><\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsp. red chili flakes<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsp. oregano<\/p>\n<p>3 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped<\/p>\n<p>1 cup milk<\/p>\n<p><b>Accompaniments:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1 medium carrot, cut into sticks<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cup green peas (frozen)<\/p>\n<p>1 large potato<\/p>\n<p>1 small onion, peeled<\/p>\n<p>1 tomato, cut in half<\/p>\n<p>salt to taste<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. oil + for deep frying<\/p>\n<p>lettuce or cabbage as needed, shredded<\/p>\n<p>vinegar for sizzling the plate<\/p>\n<p>1 cup choice of cooked pasta<\/p>\n<p><b>Method<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Fries.<\/b> Take potatoes and peel off the skin, cut into French fries and soak it cold water for 5 mins. Now add it to boiling salted water and boil for 3 to 4 mins. Now drain and put it in a plate and chill it in freezer till needed.<\/p>\n<p><b>Veggies<\/b>: Boil carrot and peas for 5 mins or so. Drain and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Place the sizzler plate on flame and let it heat up. When it is heating brush it lightly with some oil and place the whole peeled onion and tomatoes over them and season them well with salt. Sear it well on all sides and remove them. Set aside.<\/p>\n<p><b>Chicken:<\/b> Take chicken breast and cover with plastic wrap. Pound them using a rolling pin so it is even. Season both sides generously with salt, chili flakes and oregano.<\/p>\n<p>Mix corn flour with water and take panko breadcrumbs in a plate. Dip the chicken in the corn flour mix and coat it with panko crumbs on both sides.<\/p>\n<p>Heat a pan, add olive oil. Once it is hot, place the chicken in pan and cook for 3 to 4 mins on each side on medium heat till it is crispy. Remove it to a plate and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Now in the same pan, add little butter and fry some onions and garlic till golden. Season with salt as needed. Add in flour and cook that till raw smell leaves away.\u00a0 Add in parsley, oregano, red chili flakes and mix well. Add in milk and mix well. Cook till it thickens up. set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Heat oil for deep frying and take the fries and fry till golden. Drain and sprinkle with salt.<\/p>\n<p><b>Assembling the Sizzler:<\/b> Place hot sizzler plate on a stand, sprinkle over cabbage. Top with chicken, veggies, pasta, onions, tomatoes, fries and finally pour over sauce. Now for some sizzling action you can either pour some vinegar on the base of the plate when serving.<\/p>\n<p>Serve immediately.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chicken Sizzler.
