Kashmiri red chili powder<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp. turmeric<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. roasted besan (gram flour)<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. coriander powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. ginger-garlic paste<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. mustard oil<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp. clove powder<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp. cardamom powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. kasoori methi<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>salt to taste<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. lemon juice<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>For Hariyali Paneer Tikka (Green):<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/3 cup thick yogurt<\/li>\n<li>1 cup fresh coriander leaves<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup mint leaves<\/li>\n<li>2\u20134 green chilies<\/li>\n<li>1-inch ginger<\/li>\n<li>3\u20134 garlic cloves<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp. chaat masala<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. cumin seeds<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. oil<\/li>\n<li>salt to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>For Malai Paneer Tikka (White):<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>15-20 cashews (soaked 15 mins)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup thick yogurt<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd onion (diced)<\/li>\n<li>1 green chili (optional)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd inch ginger<\/li>\n<li>2-3 cloves garlic<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp. black pepper powder<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp. cardamom powder (optional)<\/li>\n<li>salt to taste<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. oil or melted butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Method:<\/b><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>T<\/strong><b>andoori Paneer Tikka<\/b><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Whisk all spices and ingredients with mustard oil. Thoroughly mix in yogurt and besan.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><b>Hariyali Paneer Tikka<\/b><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><b> <\/b>Blend coriander, mint, green chilies, cumin, ginger, garlic, lemon juice with some oil into a coarse paste.<\/li>\n<li>Mix this paste into yogurt along with chaat masala and salt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><b>Malai Paneer Tikka<\/b><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Blend soaked cashews, onion, ginger, garlic, green chili (if using).<\/li>\n<li>Add black pepper, cardamom powder, salt, and oil.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><b>Marinate and Cooking<\/b><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Marinate all paneer and vegetables for at least 1 hour.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F.<\/li>\n<li>Skewer and bake for 15 minutes, turning halfway through.<\/li>\n<li>Serve with lemon wedge and garnish with chopped coriander.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b><i>Optional: <\/i><\/b><i>Place all the cooked paneer and vegetables into one bowl.
