Here is something cooked up to add some spice to your daily life.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"\">For Peda Stuffing<\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"\">2 medium-size boiled potatoes, mashed<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">1\/4\u00a0 cup boiled peas<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">1 tablespoon roasted cashew small pieces<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">1 tsp chat masala<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">Salt to taste<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">1\/4 tsp turmeric<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">1 tsp ginger &amp; chili paste<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"\">Mix everything and make several small-sized pedas (shaped something like a pizza dough ball).<\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"\">For the ldly<\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"\">1 cup suji (semolina)<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">1\/2 cup yogurt<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">1\/2 cup chopped spinach<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">1 tsp chopped ginger<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">1 tsp chopped green chili<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">1 tablespoon oil<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">1\/2 tsp Eno<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">Salt to taste<\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><span class=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"\">Take the semolina in a big bowl. Mix in the salt, green chili &amp; ginger. Now, add in the spinach and mix well. Mix in the oil and yogurt. Afterward, put in 3\/4 cup water and mix to make the batter. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes. Then, put the Eno in.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"\">Now set some water in a large pot to boil. Grease the idly stand. Put two teaspoons of the batter in each slot of the idly stand. Put one potato peda on top of the batter and cover the peda with the batter. Fill in all the compartments like this. Steam the idly for 15-20 minutes. Once it\u2019s done, take out the idly stand and let it cool completely. After cooled, take the idlys out of the idly stand.<\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"\">For the garnish put 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. In that add 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 8 curry leaves, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1\/2 tsp turmeric powder, and 1 tsp coriander powder. Mix well and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Take it out and pour little bits on top of each idly.
