(Press Trust of India)<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Kareena Kapoor Khan said she is not working out to reach a size-zero figure as she believes gaining weight post-pregnancy is a natural process.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Kareena, 36, who gave birth to baby boy, Taimur last year in December, was seen going to the gym soon after the delivery.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf I am going to the gym, it\u2019s not about getting size zero. So many people and girls went like, \u2018Why does she have to leave her baby and go to the gym?\u2019 I read these comments and I feel that\u2019s the most stupid thing ever because having a child doesn\u2019t mean you can\u2019t feel good.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you are feeling good, if your mental health is good then automatically your child feels well. Taimur is happy and everyone is happy. I am one of the most relaxed and chilled out girls,\u201d Kareena told reporters here.<\/p>\n<p>The actress was speaking at the launch of Rujuta Diwekar\u2019s book \u201cPregnancy Notes\u201d here last evening.<\/p>\n<p>When asked if there was pressure to shed weight and achieve a certain body type, Kareena said, \u201cThe most normal thing that a woman goes through is childbirth and every woman puts on weight, it\u2019s important and it happens naturally.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI never felt any pressure.
