Trump\u2019s tweet came after Secretary of State Rex Tillerson left Moscow following his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov.<\/p>\n

A day earlier, Trump had said that the U.S.-Russia relationship are at a low point.<\/p>\n

Last night he was scheduled to speak to Tillerson.<\/p>\n

Trump\u2019s tweets appear to be a reflection of the talks that he had with his Secretary of State.<\/p>\n

In another tweet, he hoped that China would act on North Korea.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have great confidence that China will properly deal with North Korea. If they are unable to do so, the US, with its allies, will! USA,\u201d Trump said.<\/p>\n

President Trump hosted his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping at his Mar a-Lago residence in Florida last week.<\/p>\n

The two leaders again spoke over phone this week.<\/p>\n

Trump has been asking China to act on North Korea and co-operate with it on Syria.<\/p>\n
